Symptoms

When attempting to query on OTL Preferences Eligibility Criteria form/Tab, the following error occurs.

ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_RESOURCE_RULES_UTILS", line 834
ORA-06512: at line 1

FRM-40505: ORACLE error: unable to perform query.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility : Global OTL Application Developer
Navigation: Preferences -> Eligibility Criteria -> CTRL+F11 received the following error message.
