ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Login to Enterprise Asset Management Work order form and Operations form in simplified Chinese and find the following problems
unable to find chinese characters displayed on Work Orders form and Operations form like all title,text,list of values 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation: display of all title,text,list of values in chinese language characters on Work Order form and Operations form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Enterprise Asset Management responsibility 
2. Work Orders > Query any work order and view details 
3. No chinese characters displayed on Work Orders form and Operations form like all title,text,list of values 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create work orders and affect the maintenance work of the whole factory.
