Offer Backdated Adjustment Program Does Not Consider End Dated Party Relationship For Eligible Orders (Doc ID 2809555.1)

Goal

Offer Backdated Adjustment Program does not consider end dated party relationship of the buying group criteria setup at Offer market eligibility level though the party relationship was active as per the backdated adjustment date.

Example : Consider a volume offer X was created with a certain buying group in the Market Eligibility for offer period from 1st April to 30th June.
As per the Offer dates there are orders which are applicable to this offer.
but on 1st of July the customer's party relationship is end dated. Now when execute the offer backdated adjustment program, it is not considering the eligible orders even though the party relationship was end dated as of 1st July.
