On : 12.2.6 version, API Generator

Error accessing contract sub-line billing schedule from application after they are created using API OKS_IMPORT_LINE_PUB.GENERATE_BILL_SCHEDULES

While calling OKS_IMPORT_LINE_PUB.GENERATE_BILL_SCHEDULES to create billing schedule for contract line and subline.
All the streams are getting created successfully there is no error or warning returned however error returned when trying to query these sub-lines from application.

FRM : 41050 You cannot update this record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute API to create contract billing schedules and streams.
2. Navigate to Service Contracts Manager Responsibility
3. Query for a contract and try to view subline billing schedules to receive below error
