Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sometimes, when a mobile user selects a note type that is different from the default one, enters the note text, saves and syncs, the note type still displays the default note type.
At times the notes does not sync and the notes never get recorded on the server.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Mobile Field Service app.
2. Select task.
3. Enter note after changing the note type.
4. Save.
5. Synch.
