Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.10 Canada Payroll Archive is ending with Error

This is the first payroll run in this newly created instance and It errors also for US payroll Archive

the following error is seen in the log file

GMFZT log file shows Error at step 2 in pay_ac_action_arch.populate_hours_x_rate-ORA-01722: invalid number

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Upgrade to 12.2.10

2- Navigate to CA HRMS Manager > Submit processes and Reports

3- Run Payroll process

4- Run Prepayment

5- Run Canada Payroll Archive it Errors
