Job LOV not showing the standard discrete job in released status in Move Transactions form
When reviewing the job unable to review the Discrete Job in the Move Transactions

FRM-40212 - LOV returns no values
STEPS
------------------------
- (R) Inventory -> Transactions -> Move Transactions
- Review the Transaction by Job number
