Symptoms
Application version 12.2.9 and Profile option BNE: Enable OOXML Standard is set to Y at the site level.
User creates a journal template with blank rows in between the lines that have valid data . If
in the Upload Parameters window the user selects 'All Rows', the journal is created successfully but the smiley faces are not aligned with the rows that
were uploaded.'
If the user selects 'Flagged Rows', or there are no blank rows, the smiley faces are aligned correctly.
