Customer Merge should also be synced up in OKL Billing Group.

Customer Merge is getting synced up across the modules including HZ, AR, OKL, OKC, OKS as expected but not making any changes to OKL Billing Group. If the OKL contract is referring the merged account, it should also reflect the same customer in Billing Group.
