Decoupling of Property Manager Period Type from Accounting Setup Manager of General Ledger (Doc ID 2809839.1)

Goal

Ability to create reports for period types independent of period type defined for the ledger in Accounting Setup Manager of General Ledger.

User has multiple period types setup in a single calendar like below:

Monthly => Aug-22 [From : 26-Jul-21; To : 29-Aug-21]
Weekly => Wk06-22 [From : 2-Aug-21; To : 8-Aug-21]
Quarter => Q1-22 [From : 28-Jun-21; To : 26-Sep-21]
Year => FY-22 [From : 28-Jun-21; To : 26-Jun-22]

However, when "As of Date" parameter is used while running any compliance reports is listing only Weekly Period.
It should list all the period types.
