G-INVOICING: The Update Agreement Link On The G-Invoicing Dashboard Results In Error Page (Doc ID 2810307.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the G-Invoicing Dashboard under the Header-Orders section. The link for updating the agreement will not open the Update Agreement form and results in Error Page.

The Error Page Exception Details contains the following error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.pa.billing.agreement.webui.PAAgreementCrUpdCO.processRequest(PAAgreementCrUpdCO.java:847)
