Unable To Search Rebuildable Assets with Asset Attributes Criteria (Doc ID 2810412.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

When attempting to search asset rebuildables in advanced search with attributes criteria, there is no attribute displayed

Expect to search asset rebuildables with attributes, as the same is working for capital

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Maintenance Super User
2. Assets tab - > Rebuildable Inventory tab
3. Advanced Search add Attributes criteria
4. observe no attribute
