Symptoms

While trying to compile Descriptive flexfield by running the concurrent request "Compile Descriptive Flexfields", compilation fails with the following error :

Application Id: 201
Short Name: PO
Name: Purchasing
Flexfield Name: $SRS$.PORCVANL
Title: $SRS$.PORCVANL

   

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference p_po_type in value set attached to segment Purchase Order Number

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. (N) Purchasing Super User responsibility > Reports > Run > Single Request
2. query after concurrent request "Compile Descriptive Flexfields"
3. Choose parameters :

Application Name : Purchasing
Descriptive Flexfield name : %PO%

4. Ok > Run the Request > error is received in "Compile Descriptive Flexfields" log file
