Error: APP-PO-14122: "No records meet your search criteria" Observed when Trying to Open PO Form from Invoice Workbench (Doc ID 2810501.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Invoice Issues

When attempting to view PO from Invoice Workbench , the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PO-14122 :No records meet your search criteria.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > Project
2. Enter Project number and Find On supplier invoice > Click 'Item Details' > Choose 'AP Invoice' > Click on 'View PO' observe the error.
