ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The component Required Quantity in Material Requirement is not correct after scrap transaction and Lot Based Job Merge

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the component required quantity to be shown correctly

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Parent job A was split into child jobs B and C
2. Then qty was scrapped
3. The child jobs were merged again into parent job A
4. Now issue is for push components items xxx and yyy the quantity required should show nnnn but it is showing zzzz
