Find that in case of future dated quotes, in anticipated billing amount, last arrears invoice is not included which results to an incorrect quote amount.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease Super User responsibility, create a lease contract with arrears payments.
2. Create a future dated quote and examine the anticipated billing amount.
