Symptoms

When attempting to autocreate a requisition line into a purchase order, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PO-14142: AUTOCREATE_DOCUMENTS-009: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
A SQL error has occurred in AUTOCREATE_DOCUMENTS. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Error: Requisition # xxxxx, Line # x failed to autocreate due to Error: Generation of Budget Account failed.

STEPS

1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> Autocreate
2. Query by Requisition Number from Find Requisition Lines form.
3. Select Requisition Line and attempt to autocreate Purchase Order.
4. Reported error occurs.

Note: This issue occurs only with EAM integrated transactions.
