A $3.00 handling charge appears on the Invoice but no lines/charges for the actual product being shown on the Invoice?
Summary Of Issue:

The Line 1.1 shows Invoice Interface = NOT ELIGIBLE We are in process of migrating from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
There is an additional Tax Line getting inserted on the Sales Order Line. And this tax line is getting added
when Freight is applied and taxed on the Order Line. Freight is applied as Charges.
