Timestamp is Added to the Attachment Title and Description When Adding an Attachment to the Requisition in iProcurement (Doc ID 2810997.1)

Symptoms

When adding an attachment to requisitions in iProcurement, a timestamp (date+time) is added to the attachment title and attachment description if user leaves title and description as blank.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to iProcurement Responsibility
  2. Requisitions > Pick a requisition > Add to Cart
  3. Add file attachment to requisition with no title or description
  4. Choose
      Attachment type = File
      Tile = Leave Blank
      Description = Leave Blank
      Category = Internal to Requisition
      File = Click Browse button to pick attachment file
  5. Notice that system has fields Title and Description populated with Date + Filename. i.e.: "2021-09-29 15:54:29 TestFile123.txt"

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
