Receipt Method Is Not Showing In The LOV For Back Dated Receipt (Doc ID 2811271.1)

Symptoms

We have created new bank account and created Receipt Class with effective date of 01.01.2021. When we try to created back dated receipt (Jun-2021), receipt method is not showing up in List of values LOV.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

  1. Select the Receipt method from the LOV
  2. Change the Receipt date to a date in the past. The Receipt Method field gets blank
  3. Open Receipt Method LOV and previous Receipt Method does not show in the LOV
