September Vertex Milford Boro, Pike County (39-103-8642) Added resident tax rate of 1%, effective 10-1-21. • Added non-resident tax rate of 1%, effective 10-1-21.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Resident tax of 1% should be taken from employee
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied the September 2021 monthly .dat file from Vertex
2. Submit the quick pay for employee with resident of Milford Boro, Pike County
3. No resident 1% tax taken for Milford
