Symptoms

When running PJI_PJP_SUMMARIZE_INCR: PRC: Update Project Performance Data the following error is encountered:

ORA-20000: index "PJI"."PJI_FM_EXTR_PLNVER4_N1" or partition of such index is in unusable state

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Other-->Requests -->Run

2.  Select Name = PRC: Update Project Performance Data
