Shared Planning Resource List Not Shown In Projects Plan Settings For a Project Template In a New Operating Unit (Doc ID 2811390.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.6:

Customer has a shared planning resource list that has existed since implementation.
This planning resource list is not available/shown in Projects Plan Settings for a project template that is in a new operating unit.

1. Shared Planning Resource list setup:

Planning Resource List setup page:

Name = <>
Effective From = 01-Jan-1990
Effective To = 31-Jan-4712

Job Group = null
Enabled for Workplan = checked
Centrally Controlled = checked
Enabled Resource Classes = checked

2.  Project Templates >> Project Template Setup >>

Edit Planning Options page >>

Plan Settings TAB >> Under Revenue Plan section:

The LOV of the "Planning Resource List" field doesn't show  <> which was defined in step #1.
