Symptoms
--ISSUE DESCRIPTION--
The origination type is removed when lots are transferred between organizations and received on mobile.
This has a downstream effect on the creation of any future lot update e-Records.
When the origination type is null, an e-Record is not created and thus there is no traceability to show what was changed on the lot.
--STEPS TO REPRODUCE--
1. Perform a receipt in mobile for a lot controlled item, and the lot having origination_type with a value in the sending organization.
2. Review the origination_type value after the receipt, in the sending organization, see the origination_type is null.
