R12.2: Asset Impairment Report Displays Incorrectly "Minute" of Report Date (Doc ID 2811482.1)

Symptoms

Asset Impairment Report displays incorrectly "Minute" of Report Date in header and it displays actually "two digits of the month".

Steps to Reproduce
1. Upload the Impairment spreadsheet on 16-AUG-2021 09:38.

2. Concurrent log of Asset Impairment Report is showing 16-AUG-2021 09:38:34


Report Date should be 09:"38", instead of 09:"08".
Regarding "08" in "16-Aug-2021 09:08", "08", which is the "two digits of August", is incorrectly displayed instead of the actual minute.
