Clicking on the Horizontal Scrollbar of Advanced Table Causes the Table to Shake

Symptoms
On EBS R12.2.7 env,
Using Edge browser(or Chrome browser), issue occurs to any Advanced Table of an OAF page after populating data into the Advanced Table and scrolled down to the last record by clicking on the Vertical scrollbar.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Clicking on the area of the horizontal scroll bar on the far right a few times without dragging, the table will be shaking and the rest of the columns on the right cannot be displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Clicking on the area of the horizontal scroll bar on the far right a few times without dragging, the table should not shake and the rest of the columns on the right should be displayed.
