On : 12.2.6 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Oracle EBS 12.2.6.
Have been running Wave Planning - Track Completion Status jobs one hour after the prior job completion in production and a number of test instance.
The jobs have been taking nearly 30 minutes each to complete.
From tracing the database sessions, sql_id 3bakvcfnkhcc6 was identified as the top SQL and accounted for over 90% of the total activities.
