How to View XML Data with XML Tags for Dunning Letters in Advanced Collections?

Goal
When creating dunning letters in Advanced Collections, the following options don't show the XML tags:
1. View Requests -> Diagnostics -> View XML (the option is not active for Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager) program).
2. The XML data is stored in IEX_XML_REQUEST_HISTORIES.XMLDATA, but is stored as a CLOB query, and doesn't include tags.
