After completing evaluation process of a negotiation, no notification is generated to the supplier.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to  Sourcing Buyer > Sourcing> Sourcing Homepage>
2. Query for Negotitation #37776
3. GO (B)
4. Select Complete Technical Evaluation (Drop down list)
5. Tick check box Share Technical Evaluation results with Suppliers immediately
6. Click complete. No notification is received to the supplier.
