Contract Template Does Not Appear in LOV When Adding Contract Terms to Service Contract (Doc ID 281160.1)

Symptoms

Create a Service or Subscription Agreement and then add Contract Terms to the contract.

The list of values for Contract Template does not include the expected Template.

Steps to Reproduce
(R) Service Contracts Manager responsibility:
1. Navigate to Launch Contracts.
2. Create a new contract.
3. Open the Administration tab.
4. Press the Contract Terms button. A Contract Terms web page will open.
5. Enter a query in the list of values for Contract Terms -> The desired contract template does not appear in the list.
