Contract Template Does Not Appear in LOV When Adding Contract Terms to Service Contract (Doc ID 281160.1)

Symptoms

Create a Service or Subscription Agreement and then add Contract Terms to the contract. The list of values for Contract Template does not include the expected Template.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility, navigate: Launch Contracts.
2. Create a new Service Contract.
3. Open the Administration tab.
4. Press the Contract Terms button. A Contract Terms web page will open.
5. Enter a query in the list of values for Contract Terms. Find that te desired contract template does not appear in the list.
