On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer wishes to release orders by schedule ship date and wants a separate delivery_id for each line with different schedule ship date
Currently when releasing order lines with different schedule ship dates the lines all have same delivery
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
each line that has a different schedule ship date would have its own delivery_id
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2.Navigate to Shipping
3. Release sales order with --> autopick confirm = 0
4 . Perform the transact move order and view the order in shipping transaction form
5.All lines have same delivery

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign separate delivery to schedule ship date
