Line Status Stuck In Shipped And/Or Fulfilled Status Where Line Workflow Progressed To Close Line Complete Preventing Order Header From Closing (Doc ID 2811739.1)

Symptoms

Order header will not close. Most lines are in a closed status, but there exists few lines stuck in a SHIPPED and/or FULFILLED status.
Despite line fulfillment, invoice interface and close line workflow activities completing, the order line status remains stuck in a SHIPPED and/or FULFILLED status.
The fulfilled flag is N and the fulfilled quantity is null.  The invoice_interface_status is N and the invoiced quantity is null.

For order line stuck in SHIPPED status yet line workflow fulfill, invoice interface and close line activities have completed.

Line workflow shows that it has progressed past shipped to closure.

Expect all lines to show as CLOSED with the  fulfilled and/or invoiced quantity populated with the invoice interface flag = Y since the line workflow is close line complete.


The issue cannot be reproduced at will as it is data corruption.
