Symptoms

When attempting to access the Strategic Sourcing Dashboard,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Click on Procurement Command Center
3. Attempt to open Strategic Sourcing Dashboard
