The Service Contracts Price Adjustments Form Shows Extra (Incorrect) Pricing Modifiers (Doc ID 2811980.1)

Symptoms

When adding a single Discount Modifier to lines of a Sales Order, the resulting Subscription Agreement shows extra Pricing Modifiers on the Price Adjustments form. These Modifiers have incomplete information (like no Level, Modifier Type, Modifier Number, etc...) and do not seem to affect the price of the lines. These lines are related to Taxes on the contract and should not be shown.

Steps
1. Create a Sales Order with a Service or Subscription Item.
2. Book the order.
3. Run the Service Contracts Order Processing Program to create a contract.
4. Check the Pricing Adjustments on the Contract.
5. Find that there are spurious modifiers created.
