When Amending A Lease The "LAST_UPDATE_DATE" Column Is Not Updated With The Correct Date (Doc ID 2812022.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the Amendment functionality to change the status of a Lease from Active to Month-to-Month or Holdover and extending the lease end date, the Lease Payment / Billing lines are extended in the Form but when the lease is reviewed from the DB side looking at PN_PAYMENT_TERMS_ALL the column labelled "LAST_UPDATE_DATE" is not updated to reflected the latest change date.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect "LAST_UPDATE_DATE" to reflect sysdate date of amendment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend lease to change the status of a Lease from Active to Month-to-Month or Holdover and extend the lease end date
2. Save
3. PN_PAYMENT_TERMS_ALL the column labelled "LAST_UPDATE_DATE" is not updated to reflected the latest change date.
