the following error occurs.

PO_REQUISITION_UPDATE_PVT 1 PACKAGE BODY PLS-00394: wrong number of values in the INTO list of a FETCH statement
PO_REQUISITION_UPDATE_PVT 2 PACKAGE BODY PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

Alter package PO_REQUISITION_UPDATE_PVT compile body

2. Getting above error
