On Last Service Information Form, Activity LOV Not Showing Same Values Correctly (Doc ID 2812388.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Last Service Information Form, Activities LOV is not showing activity value as per backend.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Last Service Information Form should display the correct Activities.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Go to PM Schedule -> Last Service Information Form (EAMPMLSI).
3. In the Activity LOV, the values are not correct.
