PAXINEVT Unable To Query One Event (Doc ID 2812665.1)

Symptoms

For a certain project, there is one event that will not display in the Event form (PAXINEVT)

Reproduce By Steps:

1. Use a Project forms responsibility
2. Navigate to Billing > Event
3. Query the problem event by entering the Trans ID in the form
4. The problem event is not returned
