Symptoms
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL_AU' occurred in &CALLING_SE
Created a supplier and supplier site. When we try to update the suppler site address information, the following error raises:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MSG_PUB", line 279
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG", line 27351

while performing the following operation:
Update ap_supplier_sites
ORA-06512: at line 42

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a supplier
2. Created a supplier site
3. Try to update the suppler site address information.
4. Get the error.

Audit Trail enabled for table AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL, columns CITY, ZIP, COUNTRY.
