Create Accounting Period Close Exception Events w/ Accounted Status "Final" but does not Transfer to GL (Doc ID 2812885.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Subledger Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows exceptions with status Final .

Create Accounting accounted status Mode: Final
Journals will be Accounted in final mode and resides in XLA.

Transfer Journal Entries to GL will pick the journals which are Final Accounted, Not transferred to GL till the given date.

Running the 'Transfer Journal Entries to GL' program doesn't fix the issue



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All transactions should be posted to GL After running the create accounting program and 'Transfer Journal Entries to GL' program

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cost Management – SLA
2. Navigation: SLA -  Create Accounting
3. Run Create Accounting Program
4. Run Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Cost Management
5. Check report output
