The Demand Workbench in the Buyers Work Center (BWC) is not Showing Both Option Buttons "All" and "Any" When Using List Search (Doc ID 2812925.1)

The Requisition demand workbench searching is not display both the "All" or "Any" selection buttons when using the List Search.

Users are needing to find records using multiple search criteria and specifying multiple values for the same search criteria

Steps to Reproduce

Login to PO and Navigate to the Buyers Work Center-Requisitions/Demand Workbench tab
Notice the List search only shows ALL as a selection button
