ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer Relationship Customer Name is not Populated after Entering Customer Number after applying installation of patch 31090134 FWK B - IE: MAINLOGINPG IMAGES ARE NOT DISPLAYED PROPERLY AFTER APPLYING JAN 2019 CPU

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer Relationship Customer Name should be Populated after Entering Customer Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Query up customer in Receivables Customer page
On the Customer Create Relationship Page
Enter the Account Number and Tab
"Related Customer" field is NOT filled with the Customer Name after applying patch 31090134 FWK B



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the related customer name
