ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order line closed but stuck on shipped status on the Shipping transaction form with error Negative Balance Not Allowed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Order Line should be interfaced to INV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to OM Super user, Go to sales Order form, Query the line.  Line status shows closed
2. Go to Shipping transaction form, see that the corresponding delivery detail is in shipped status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the period. Invoice pending.
