Service Request Form Folder Tools "Show Field" is Not Working (Doc ID 2813326.1)

Goal

When using the Folder Tools functionality to add a field to the Service Request Header, the system is placing the field in a random position and hiding it behind other standard fields.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Create Service Requests window (CSXSRISR)
2. Open Folder Tools
3. Select Show Field - pick field
4. Field is placed in a random position on screen and hides it behind a standard field

Expected Behavior:

Expect selected field to be displayed and positioned appropriately
