Accounting Setup Manager: Incorrect Data Conversion Level Assigned While Defining Secondary Ledger (Doc ID 2813338.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating a secondary ledger the data conversion level was selected as Subledger but somehow the system saved it as Balance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the secondary ledger to be created using the selected data conversion level without issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) General Ledger Responsibility > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
2. Query primary ledger.
3. Click to create a secondary ledger and enter parameters. Save. The secondary ledger gets created with the wrong conversion level.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users now need to disable/delete the unusable secondary ledger.
