After Applying Patch 16020555, when Selecting 'Find Previous Request' to File - Copy a Request Submission it Fails with ORA – 01722 - Invalid Number Error (Doc ID 2813389.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Other Issues
Applied Patch 16020555 - DELIVERY OPTIONS DETAILS TO BE INHERITED INTO THE CHILD PROGRAM.
Submit a request and then use the File -> Copy functionality to resubmit.
It fails with error below in the form.

Error

(ORA – 01722) - Invalid Number

STEPS:
--------------------------------
1.  Log into System Administrator responsibility.

2.  Navigate to Request -> Run and select 'Single Request'. Then select 'Ok' button.

3.  Query the request to process and then select 'Submit' button.

4.  Monitor request as it completes successfully.

5.  Click 'Copy Single Request' button. This will open the 'Find Previous Request' form.

6.  In the 'Find Previous Request' form, select the 'Find' button.

7.  Error is generated in form.

Note:  If the request name is place in the 'Request Name' field, then the name is duplicated.
