Actual Behavior
Cost Group Transfer using material interface ending in error in Warehouse Management (WMS) enabled Organization.
Getting error "Validating group LPN:LPN_ID0 failed" when trying to perform Cost Group transfer transaction using material interface.
Expected Behavior
The system should allow to do cost group transfer with license plate number (LPN) in WMS enabled org.

Validating group LPN:LPN_ID0 failed
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert the data in MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE along with Cost group information and LPN information.
2. Run Inventory Transaction Manager
3. See the error in Interface
