Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WebADI not working properly for formulas and translated values (i.e. Totals) after applying JAN21 EBS CPU patches.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Totals should work normally and automatically in WebADI templates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply JAN21 EBS CPU patches.
2. Navigate Desktop Integration responsibility > Create Document
3. Select integrator = General Ledger - Journals and layout = Functional Actuals - Single
4. Create document.
5. Enter a DR/CR value and notice the totals are not updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, WebADI does not calculate totals correctly thus causing errors on upload.
