Unable To Open Documents Uploaded Via OTM Mobile Application (Doc ID 2813995.1)

Symptoms

One is using OTM Mobile Application to capture events and also documents taken via mobile Application. When event submitted from Mobile and then try to view the document in OTM (SSO authenticated instance), it is giving an error as The document content could not be retrieved.

Non SSO instance does not exhibit the same
