Czech Localization: "CLE: Movement Statistics CSV Report Effective From 01.01.2012" Shows Incorrect Country of Origin And VAT Registration Number (Doc ID 2814393.1)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

There should be any data issues in CLE: Movement Statistics CSV Report Effective From 01.01.2012.


STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check the report procedure CLE_F087_CSV_2012_PKG.get_dic
Issue 1:
Column 7: Country of Origin:
on "Arrival" type of the report this column is showing the same value as Column 5 (Country of Dispatch). It should be showing Country of Origin instead.
(BTW the output of finalization report "CLEF087: Movement Statistics Report" running in "Official/Summary Report" mode is showing correct Country of origin. The same country identification should then appear on the CSV Report in Column 7 as mentioned above.)

Issue 2:
Column VAT Registration Number (to be shown without Prefix "CZ" so that only numeric value is reported)
current behavior: Only the letter "C" is cut but the letter "Z" is kept. As a result the report shows "Z01739808"
